Does QTM work with qBittorrent?

Hellow everyone.
I've been changing laptop these days and now instead of my old utorrent I'm using qBittorrent which apparently works ok.
I've tried to upload some stuff but after hitting "upload" and waiting a bit, the torrent doesn't appear on qBittorrent.
When I installed QTM It asked me for the installation directory of my torrent and I gave it the one in which I have qBittorrent but I'm not sure if it worked correctly.

If you create a torrent from your client ex: qbittorrent/utorrent you don't need QTM ...

or manual download https://www.gaytorrent.ru/upload.php and is
only needed when to post/upload file created by your client ...
And then re-download the small torrent file here in order to seed
