Over the past week, I've uploaded over 300GB but my upload credit did not move at all. I initially thought that it's a problem with VPN and the traffic wasn't properly tracked. However, the download amount increases normally in the same period so the tracker is definitely doing its work, but all those efforts to seed appear to be completely wasted.

Are there steps to follow to make sure the upload is tracked?

@frigens yes, it happens to me sometimes, especially when I leave the computer overnight to seed. (my torrent client has a total uploaded counter for each torrent)
After a few times like that, I learned from experience.

        • Check to see if the icon here shows the correct number of torrents you are seeding (it takes about 1 to 2 minutes for it to update the correct amount)

        • and upload speed from here. this number can be imprecise. but as long as it's not 0 (zero).

It's really discouraging, with the site emphasizing that everyone must do their part to seed as much as you leech, and your privileges all depend on the ratio.

Even the support said that the uploaded are tracked (at a much lower rate/amount than showing on the client), it doesn't seem to get added in the ratio. The response I got so far doesn't even add up. By way of example, I uploaded a 5GB torrent and it is completely seeded, with traffic a hundred times over the torrent size, they said as an uploader I only uploaded about 3GB. If I uploaded less than the torrent size, the most likely outcome would be the incomplete torrent, not the one that was snatched a hundred of times.

@frigens I am having same problem. They did not count my uploading. Over 200GB was wasted.
