Can't upload on QTM(category tab problem)

I have the latest version(1.14) of QTM and i can't upload regularly, i can't select a category, the tab simply doesn't go appear. I tried some of the tips i saw in the guides(allowing the program on the firewall), but i had no sucess thus far. I use windows 7(64 bits) and my uTorrent is classic(3.5.5).

Try clicking on the blank box and the category will appear

doesnt work with me either...can you just dont force categoery anymore so they can get modified when the file is actually already shared here?
im not the only one with this fucking problem...and if there is no fix (as there isnt) just diasable the forced category!!
