Does GT query the domains **.***.**.**.zz.countries.nerd.dk

Quick question regarding the use of xx.countries.nerd.dk. I'm using Folx on Mac but I'm just wondering if this is coming from Folx as a torrent client, or rather with GT?
If through GT, I'm seeing this being blocked under NextDNS and multiple block lists. Is this an integral function of how torrenting works with the site? Or is it able to just be unblocked safely? I'm not really sure the impact of having these domains being blocked affects uploading or downloading functions. From my understanding this is blocked with NextDNS for the purposes of stopping DNS rebinding and exposing my actual IP.
