Can't download anything after the first .torrent

Hey guys, I've been having problems with the tracker lately, it does something weird:
I usually download a few freeleech torrents and let them up to recover my ratio. I have BitComet set up to download only 2 files at the same time (since I'm not up to my "good" ratio yet), and leave them to download automatically whenever one is done. But since a week or so ago after my client downloads the first 2, maybe 4 files, it stops working alltogether.
The error I have is this:
Tracker response error: Bad Ratio: Ratio:0.472 (To many Torrents.. Your current limit is 2 at the same time. See Rules / To fix limits you could Donate)I know I have bad ratio, but they are freeleech torrents and I never download more than 2 at the same time. Stopping the downloads and restarting them sometimes worked before, but no longer. As soon as I get this error I will not download/upload anything, not for a few hours at least.
If you need some info, I'm on Windows 10, I use BitComet as a client, and I am aware that I have bad ratio but I still have a few days to correct it, and in any way I'm not doing anything that I would not be able to do out of the gracetime days.
Also, I've seen a few posts that comment on tracker errors, but since it works for me (for the first couple torrents at least) and it's not constant, I thought it might be something else. Maybe something on my end.Thanks.

The first part of your problem may be the fact that you are using BitComet. I would not recommend BitComet for a torrent client, or even a multi-purpose downloader for that matter. I´ve had nothing but bad experiences and frustrations when trying to use it.
Just out of curiosity, are you downloading the entire contents of the torrent, or are you downloading 100% of ALL the files. If you do not download 100% of ALL the files, you may experience issues with the tracker showing that you´re leeching the torrent, even though your torrent client will show that it is ¨seeding¨ the torrent.

I've used BitComet since it came out and never had a problem with it, or at least not more than any of my friends with their uTorrents and Azures and whatnots. THen again, I was the only sod on earth that had no problems with Windows ME. That said, I'm not inclined to believe that the client is at fault… It's been working great until now.
I am downloading all the files. I don't usually download just parts because it's always finnicky, and since I want to UPLOAD to recover my ratio, it's best to have all the file.
I have to add to what I said on the OP, that yesterday I got a message that said that my account had been "reset". My days of grace (of wich I had only 4 left) rose to 22 again, and I could download normaly, for a while. Eventually the problem came back.

A small point: you don't need all the files to UPLOAD. Your torrent client will pass on what stuff you have got.
However if you don't download all the files it will forever show as downloading on this site and you can't vote in the category.
And you would need all the files if you ever wanted to reseed the torrent.
