      When I'm looking to buy something that I don't have experience with, I always check the reviews and question section.

      Most of the time, the answers are good.

      However, some idiots always manage to "answer" question that they should have left alone.

      Example;

      Q: I need to return the phone because it's the wrong color.  Is Royal Mail the only option?

      A: don't know, never returned mine

      Seriously, WTF?!

      Why did that person waste everyone's time with that crap "answer" that didn't answer the question?!

        That is annoying, but what i believe is even worse is when they are not only unhelpful, but when they post their own issues ( so completly other problems that are not even remotly related to your own) . So you read all the BS and wasted all your time for no imformation at all but more trash of what even more can go wrong.

          I also find this fascinating and read the Q&A on Amazon just for fun sometimes.

          It's because Amazon emails everyone who bought that item when a question is posted to see if they can answer it.  Most of the dumbasses clueless people who give answers like "I don't know" think that Amazon was asking them personally and feel compelled to make some kind of response just to be polite.  A smaller number are inspired by the email to respond with an unrelated complaint or comment simply because no one listens to them or cares what they think most of the time.

              Talk about a response that has nothing to do with the topic.  :crazy2:
