I think what you may be referring to is "stealthing", the sexual practice of removing or damaging a condom during sex. There is a sub genre like that, but not in the mainstream porn, perhaps because of the controversial nature of this practice.
Specifically, the consent issue (that you pointed out) is a rather grey area in this case, some bottoms do agree on such element of a sex play beforehand, but in other cases they may find out about it post coitus, if at all. There was an argument that non-consensual stealthing is almost as bad as rape.
