Iceman Bobby is / isn't gay? Update?

This is the time travel thing where the original five X-Men were brought to the present and the young Iceman was mind read and revealed to be gay. So our 616 regular Bobby is suppose to be gay as well.
Supposedly, it's been revealed that the past X-Men were from an alternate timeline? I dunno where or what issue so can this be confirmed? Cuz that would mean our regular 616 Bobby isn't gay after all.
Could anyone confirm is 616 Bobby experimented with guys when he was faux outed?

Iceman will have a series on June. Starts with him making an online dating profile. There's a preview but it'll probably show that he's on a Grindr type online site. (He's typing on a desktop tho instead of using an app)

The main 616 version is definitely gay and has admitted it to his younger self.
The timeline thing is confusing, but basically the time traveling young X-Men discovered that somehow the timeline they thought was their own already had themselves in it, so they decided to stick around in 616.
