I think the main difference is that in straight porn the women do seem to be treated as objects and not necessarily as people (there are of course, always exceptions).
Whereas in gay porn the guys actually seem to be willing participants who enjoys what goes on.
As far as is one more "slutty/kinky" than the other, well, it depends. There's a wide range of variety from vanilla stuff to the most extreme stuff and everything in between. it just depends on what you're watching.

Definetly Straight Porn is more extreme.
