New Uploads and POOR SEEDING (Something should be done)

I am getting pretty pissed at those members who upload multiple torrents all in the same. I have listed just 3 torrents from one member who uploaded them all on the same day as you can see by the list below. These are just 3 I'm listing, there are not by any means the only torrents this member has uploaded and is so called seeding.

I would like to see a policy brought in that puts into place a minimum amount of seeding speed so it doesn't take days or weeks to download one torrent never mind how long it's going to take to download all three of the above.

Might be an odd question but how can you tell they were all uploaded by the same person? Also the first torrent says (dead) so I assume that is no longer uploading?
Yesterday I was going to upload a file. Small a little over 200 MG but saw it was already posted. Had been posted 8 hours earlier but still wasnt completed. I know if I upload a 200 MG file and someone grabs it it takes less than a couple of minutes for it to become available for others. I know speeds vary but 8 hours seemed a little crazy.

The last two I think, because of the way the title has been "coded", it maybe uploaded by the same uploader but the first one (it's visible as of this writing), as leeniedo asked, how can you know that it is also been uploaded by the same uploader?

I could tell thru Bittorrent as under tracker the same IP address was showing on all 3 of the torrents I listed and it was the only IP address with 100% of the data and at the start the only user besides myself connected to the torrent and seeding. It's been downloading for over 16hrs and has only downloaded 73.1MB (4.2%) and hasn't been seeded now for over 4 hrs. It wasn't dead when I started downloading it so it must have died 4 hrs ago I guess. I guess the nine people that I'm seeding to are screwed too. Oh well, such is life! -

There IS a rule that tries to make this not happen.. Although not everyone follows the rules, let alone reads them. -

Although not everyone follows the rules, let alone reads them.Thanks for the link, I for one had not seen it or rather I should say it never registered when I did read the rules :blondmom: but I am glad it is there, now I guess we just need to find out why the mods are not enforcing it. Possibly one can pop in and give us an answer to the question as I for one would like to know. I know I upload multiple torrents at the same time but they are completely seeded within 3-4 hrs with most of them taking less time than that.
