Failure: Bad Ratio

I'm having an odd problem… I haven't been able to download today because I keep getting an error saying "Failure: Bad Ratio." My ratio is fine, though. I have triple-checked everything. I have only downloaded 5 files in the past 24 hours, and I am entitled to 49! The error message also says I am not allowed to download more than 15 files at a time -- but I am only trying to download 4. Is this a glitch anyone else has had? Is there something I need to do to "convince" the system I'm OK to download? Edited to add: I should have mentioned my current ratio is 1.518.

Answering my own post now. After several hours, it seems to have fixed itself. And I found advice elsewhere on the forum on how to try to fix it in my profile. (Sorry, I would have deleted my original post, but couldn't see how to do that.)

This is a known system glitch. In the event that it happens again, the Helpdesk should be able to reset your account for you to resolve this problem manually.
