        it really is. i've just recently been taking swimming lessons.
        i've actually tried learning from videos before but it didn't work for me.
        i've only recently been successful after getting formal swimming lessons by a swimming coach.
        but if videos work for you better i suggest youtube. there are actually a lot of informative swimming videos there.

          I learn how to swim when I was in elementary coz it's our PE and freestyle is the most easy to learn, I agree with motri about youtube.com
