How can this be possible?

I uploaded a torrent. Fine. I had uploaded the same one to another site but before seeding it here I stopped and removed the first torrent. Then I checked the torrent here. No one had grabbed it but look at the picture of uTorrent.

By an early jump-on (reseed). I've seen it was shared earlier on another place. or A torrent with the same hash was removed here some time back and was kept seeding in a member's client. It then re-connects automatically to the re-uploaded torrent.

Thanks for the thoughts, Popper We'll probably never know. And it was the discrepancy between numbers here and numbers on uTorrent that really puzzled me

Sorry, can't say anything regarding the different stats. That would have needed real time investigation…

Popper, you most certainly have better things to do. Most of the time I blame uTorrent as it has a whimsical way of reporting stats

Most of the time I blame uTorrent as it has a whimsical way of reporting stats Cannon, Maybe its just me but I feel Utorrent for the past cpl of months is under reporting. The other odd thing I come across quite often with utorrent is I will post a new torrent and you can see people downloading it. 9/10 times after the first cycle I always get a red down arrow. Not sure if when that happens people are still able to download but I dont seem to get credit for it.

I can't recall getting a red arrow. I usually check the site to see how many people are seeding. And I don't think you need to worry about credits. But have a thumbs-up to add to your collection

before seeding it here I stopped and removed the first torrent But you left thousands more — all identical 864Mb .avi's circulating from around 2011. or A torrent with the same hash was removed here some time back and was kept seeding in a member's client. It then re-connects automatically to the re-uploaded torrent. That's how, after switching the studios name with its acronym (Active Duty=AD) in the title. There's your match

I have no idea what you mean. The torrent was a freshly made one by me, the upload was a new one by me, I didn't switch the studio's name. That is what I titled the upload as I was posting.
