what are some of your favorites?

Headscissors, schoolboy pin, amateur headlocks (on the floor). All moves that make the loser stay as much time as the winner wants.  Better with a dominant wrestler in a one-side match posing and flexing in victory.

I don't specially fancy bearhugs, nelsons, and other pro moves.  Neither do I like submission holds.
