Have not seen this discussed anywhere, but if it has been, people here ought to know and large or small, they are likely to be well qualified to offer an opinion.
So when I see or experience a big one, what strikes me is the long distance the head can travel, the amount of staff that is stimulated by the pressure and the motion. There are as many sensors per square millimeter/inch for a foot-long as well as a small dong, right? Actually, I have no idea whether the amount of sensors is spread with the same density from man to man, but assuming they are equal, doesn't that mean the long, thick elephant trunk has more nerves to fire than those of us who never have to think about whether we dress right or dress left in our underwear, or even when clothed but going commando.

Well, to answer you question, no.
There are two different types of sensory receptors: Free nerve endings and corpuscolar receptors. I dont want to give a whole anatomy lesson, so I'll just say that free nerve endings are found throughout all skin, so are the common in the penis skin as well. But they sense temperature, itch, pain. What you really want is the corpuscolar or incapsulated receptors, which sense pressure and touch. And they are concentrated on the prepuce and glans. That means that big or small dicks, they kinda have the same sensitivity. But, sorry for those cut fellas out there, the real question would be: do have more sensory receptors cut or uncut dicks? And the answer is: uncut dicks.So, summarizing the answer at your question:
Big dicks dont feel any more sensations than an average dick, but if you're cut, then you lost a whole bunch of sensory receptors.
