Do Penis Enlargement Techniques Actually Work?
-
Many programs and products claim to have found the one true secret to a bigger, enlarged penis. Potential clients should take caution, however, because there is no scientifically proven method of increasing your penis size without risk. Any by "scientific" I don't mean a team of infomercial professionals, but a regulated, licensed and controlled body of research, like the Federal Food and Drug Administration.
Don't sacrifice sensation or permanent damage for a false promise of size enhancement. By attempting to increase your penis size, you run the risk of losing sensation in your peripheral nerves (making it more difficult to ejaculate), impotence, scarring, lesions or other permanent damage. Few advertised penis enlargement products or processes are open about potential side affects or permanent damage.
Don't confuse swelling and irritation for size enhancement, either. Most techniques can cause irritation to the penis, which can result in temporary swelling- eventually leading to permanent damage.
There are many temporary and permanent ways to increase your penis size. Penis enlargement procedures range from surgical techniques to do-it-yourself pumps. These techniques, however, may not measure up to your expectations:
Penis Pumps – Penis pumps promise to increase the size of the penis by forcing blood into the penile shaft through vacuum suction. This method may sound reasonable and easy to perform, but it can result in loss of feeling, impotence and damaged blood vessels.
Medication and Pills – Always beware of advertised miracle pills, especially ones that promise to make your penis bigger. Since there is no FDA-approved medication for penis enhancement, advertised penis enlargement pills are not regulated. As a result, there is no guarantee as to what ingredients or medications the supposed penis enhancement pill contains. These meds can pose serious health risks. Not to mention, the pill may be a placebo.
Hanging Weights – Some believe penis enhancement can be achieved by hanging weights from the tip of the penis repeatedly over time. This is perhaps the oldest method of enhancement, but there is no scientific basis and any enlargement that was actually achieved happened over years. Hanging weights may increase the length of a flaccid penis over time, but they do not increase thickness. Weights can also result in stretch marks, lesions and decreased sensation in the penis.
Surgery – There is a surgical procedure that involves cutting the suspensory ligament (which elongates your penis), but due to safety risks most doctors are not willing to perform this procedure. And, of course, no surgical procedure should ever be performed at home or without a qualified medical professional.
Exercises – Like weight training programs, penis enhancement exercise methods promise that the penis can be made bigger through strength training and conditioning. However, this myth can also be busted. There are no muscles in the penis and therefore strength training and exercise cannot increase its size.

On LPSG there is a forum about PE and many of those that practice it say that pumping and jelquing are working but not to expect quick result… if done right many of the risks of pumping can be avoided, by doing it slow and every day, no rush and no overdoing... They say they gained 1-2" in 2-3 years.
I don't know if it's true or not, but they assure they have no problem of impotence, loss of feeling etc...... I'm not small (7" straight, 7,5" measuring along the bent), but I could go with 1-2" more if it's really possible...

There is penis enlargement surgery that does not involve cutting that ligament, which adds mass and volume to your junk, but I don't really know the details. Consult a medical professional - cosmetic surgeon would be the go - if you want to find out more. I'd also recommend really looking around before selecting your clinic and surgeon if you want a good end result! Phalloplasty is a big, complicated deal.

I dont' think…

, by doing it slow and every day, no rush and no overdoing.
yes indeed it does work, and if you take steroids (+amino acid) + topical cream involving epithelium growth factors and or natural fenugrek oil, it really works. (anything that increase cellular mitosis is good, locally and internally, as well as increasing blood flow on the part so mitosis inducer can act faster). But yes pumps must be use gently and everyday and for long periods. The body responds to long pressure and adapts ( thats how you can align your teeth (orthodontics), or produce more skin if you get too much weight, increase leg size etc.).
I remember my Bf sucking me and saying "what? you'r dick's bigger!" and I hadn't told him I was doing all that. that was a nice reward, so all these efforts, money and time were not in vain (though I have to admit I didnt really needed to have a bigger one, but doing some porn at the time I was a bit obsessed by performance )which adds mass and volume to your junk, but I don't really know the details.
Well I have friends who made both procedure. There is also another one: they cut the frenulum, so it looks a bit bigger when flaccid.(of course only for uncut guys)
the other one is to inject your own grease to increase girth : but it leads to many problems as the grease move around and don't stay in place, you end up with a deformed penis most of the time ( although you have to do daily massage to avoid that, so sometimes it works), besides, after few years the grease just disappears. I even had a friend who had silicon injected (edit: actually no it's not injected, they made some kind of a mold, so they put under the skin some kind of bold sheet of silicon around the penis). To the touch it's a bit awkward , but yeah it looks thicker. -

I used to hate how small my dick looked soft even though it was of decent size hard, so I would always tug on it and try to stretch it a lot, but not very aggressively or to the point where I felt I was doing any harm to that area. After a few years of doing that on a daily basis I noticed it was nearly a solid inch longer soft than it used to be at one time. I remember I used to barely push 2.5in soft most of the time and now it tends to be close to 3.5in soft. It also seemed to have a slight effect on my erect size but not as noticeable, since I now can get to 6.6in totally hard whereas 6.3 always used to be my max when I measured. So just doing that seemed to work for me, but very slowly and not too drastically in terms of erect size. It's better for improving flaccid size I think. It's nice though because now I feel comfortable enough to be nude in a locker whereas before I would never ever do that because I was embarrassed to be smaller than most soft even though I knew I was a grower.

No, it does not, around my 17th/18th birthday I was still a virgin and feel a bit odd about my size, I haven't talked to anyone regarding the subject so I bought and online book (Pdf) that offer some excercises and I ended up selling it back as I bought it, it was really funny, you have to hold your penis and pull. Really, it felt like a joke, luckily despite the fact I think I'm average in lenght when it comes to width they preased my penis which I thought back then it was a lie until I started having sex, a lot to be honest, then I could really check and yes, I'm OK.
Piece of advice? Don't fall for that, you have what you've got. Make the best of it.

I haven't tried yet, but I'm tired of guys assuming that I must be bottom just bc my dick size. It's 5.9 inches when hard, and I would be happy if at least was 6.5 inches hard. That's why I'm curious about PE, but I don't know when I should start.

Sean Lockhart (aka Brent Corrigan) is a perfect example. He was 6.5" at the start and grew to 7.5" in about a year using a vacuum pump. He didn't seem to suffer any ill effects.

NO! Surgery? ??? yes. :cum:

Which topical cream did you use?

What about silicone injections? Any experiences?
