Torrents not Downloading, stuck on "Finding Peers"

My torrents are stuck at "Finding Peers" and I'm not sure why. This wasn't a problem before, and these are some of the Holiday special ratio lift torrents so I know they have activity going on. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong? I'm still new to torrenting so let me know what information you need from me about the torrents

running on a Win10 desktop,
no proxies or VPN,
and my torrent is connectable.
I don't think it was forward ported, I'm doing that now -
I selected the torrent I am trying to download, and under the Tracker tab the Status reads "Bad Ratio:0.498 (To many Torrents.. Your current limit is 2 at the same time. See Rules/ To fix limits you could Donate)"
I have two other torrents I was downloading, I stopped them both since my Ratio is bad and started a Ratio Lift Torrent instead. Could this be the issue, that I'm trying to download a third torrent? -

With the port forward, are you now able to download okay?
