Problems Downloading?

has anyone else been having issues w/ their clients not downloading torrents? im using utorrent and it says "Finding Peers", and never starts the actual download…anyone else having these same issues? is it my issue, or the sites?

Sometimes I also have that problem. I think it has something to do with uTorrent and many times I can fix it by adjusting how many torrents the program is allowed to download at once.

well usually i can download 6 or 7 torrents at the same time, no problem…but couple days ago I started getting downloads saying "Finding Peers", and then upgraded to a newer version of uTorrent, and im still having the same issue and im only have 3 torrents downloading lol.

On those which display "Finding peers", can you have a look in the lower µTorrent (or BitTorrent) window part with the torrent details under the "trackers" tab for the status in the line with the tracker announce URL.
What does it say there?

Mine says working. I started a download yesterday and all day it said finding peers, with a status of working. Only after I rebooted did it finally connect.

Yes, I've had randomly that with µTorrent 3.x versions, but not since a while using on that installation the latest stable versions of the 3.x versions. At that time restart µTorrent was the solution or removing re-adding the torrent.

well disabling/re-enabling my account seemed to have work? cause now im downloading no problem lol
