Coockies and QuicTorrentMaker

I cannot login, it says "cookies required, Turn off any Cookie Mgmt program".
I don't even know what mgmt program is and I am sure I didn't use any programs to do antying on cookies.
I tried disabling the antivirus to see if it was the problem but it is not that.

sad to say but i seem to be having the same problem
do not know what to do
have been uploading files onto many different torrent treckers and hever had this problem before, it looks like something is wrong with this site

run it as an administrator might do the trick.
sometimes is even as simple as close it and open it again. -
Running it as ADMINISTRATOR does the trick
