Leeching shows seeding files
-
Hey I'm using qbittorrent, have lots of files to seed. But the site here lists my files as leeching and I'm blocked from downloading anything. When I pause the files that are "leeching" and downloaded already, then the files change in my leeching stats and others are picked from my completed list. Only way I can download anything is to pause all my completed files…. which means I am not seeding them. Tried a file in Utorrent, downloaded torrent file, pointed it to utorrent and then pointed it towards completed file.....utorrent shows it as complete, but site here added it to leeching stats and shut down my downloads again.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would love to help you but I can't say that I understand the issue you are having.. But when I check your stats I can say that you have a fair share ratio and you are not blocked to download anything..

I don't really understand the "shut down my downloads" but a small thought.
When you say 'completed' file does that mean you have downloaded every file in the torrent. Sometimes people don't download subtitles or pictures so that the torrent will always show as 'leeching'.
Just a thought, probably a silly one.

No thought is silly. That is how I trouble shoot, silly thoughts some time lead to great solutions.
All my parts to a torrent file are downloaded fully. Great idea though, because that would mean the flaw is in the program somewhere if it is blocking me.
I could not download any files for a few days. Got error message that my limit was 8 leeching torrents, but problem was I was not leeching anything at the time or in a 24hr period. So I looked at my stats and it showed files from my completed list as leeching. Paused the completed files on my end and started downloading files instantly. Every time a file completes if I pause it (stop seeding) then I can download another file. Not what I want to do…...... somewhere there is a bug in a program.

What you say is typical for what cannonmc mentioned, you haven't got all the files in a torrent's file list as completed completed download, but only those parts which you've selected to download.
The way you put it "(…) All my parts to a torrent file are downloaded fully. (…)" seem to confirm that. The question is not to have all your parts, but all files of a torrent.
The torrent protocol knows basically two type of peers: Those which got all files of a torrents file list and can seed it all of them, known as Seed/Seeder and the others having not 100% known as downloading peers (or derogative leecher). So if you haven't got all files completely a tracker will count it still into the downloading group. Of course any amount of data you seed will be counted correctly towards your total upload. This is common to all trackers I know (and it are quite a few).
If you say to have got all files (not only those you've selected to download), then it would be interesting to know what torrent client programme and version you use.
