I've seen a few videos of them in exhibitionist type scenes but can't find their names.

@feelfree123 I don't think you'll find any from Japan itself because of censorship laws, but off the top of my head Berlin Drifters comes to mind (set/produced in Germany but featuring Japanese actors).
