Is my account doomed? I just read a guide on how new users shouldn't download old torrents for their first time because they won't be able to seed them. I'm seeding new freeleech torrent since last night but my ratio changed just by 0.006. At this rate I can't catch up by the time Grace ends unless it's years long. I don't understand how others seed GBs of data.

Edit: I uploaded my own torrent and now my ratio is fine. Thanks for all the info! It really helped me understand the site's system.

Let me start by saying that i'm a computer illiterate and new to torrent. So i want to apologize beforehand for any frustration i might cause to people who will try to explain it to me.
Only thing i know is that after i'm finished with downloading i need to let the torrent seed until there is a share ratio of 1. But the thing is after an hour it's still at 0. I don't know if i have to change some settings for it to start or where to look for those settings.
I searched around the site a little and tried a freeleech torrent but it didn't seed either. My bonus points keep increasing and the site says i'm uploading but the ratio is still 0.
