I'm sure we all know by now that Donald Trump is going to be the 45th United States president. And I'm sure everyone is also aware that sadly, he and his running mate Mike Pence are against gay marriage being legal in the U.S. and even want to put a ban on hay marriage, even though the law was passsed by the Supreme Court nationwide almost a year and a half ago. Mike Pence himself seems to be the more of problematic of the two: he believes being gay and other orientations in the LGBT is basically a disease that needs to be corrected, and strongly encourages the dreaded "correctional/conversion therapy" that makes us all cringe. This would obviously be a major problem for the LGBT community and I want to know how you guys feel about it. Are you hopeful? Many LGBT people have voiced their fear and worries about what this could mean for them and some have expressed extreme distaste and anger with the idea. How do you feel? :afr:
