I have Comcast and can seed. The speeds are not what they should be but not too bad, around 79kbps

I have "The Punishment of Gary Wilde", a very old and rare video from around 1983. The problem is that whoever had it before me, added a few scenes from another movie. They didn't write over the Gary Wilde movie, it's just added. I need a mpeg1 video cutter so I can cut out the unwanted scenes and upload the movie.
