Arrow/The Flash
-
Anyone watch these shows? Who's your favorite character?
-
I follow Arrow and I haven't seen The Flash yet
I like the show, its good and I love hunky Stephen Amell. Though, I think the series need to shoe more skins -
I watch both; my favourite character right now is Barry, with Iris as a close second. Arrow had a pretty rough third season, though the fourth has been pretty good so far.
-
Amell is the only saving grace!
-
Hotness aside, I really love the two shows, though I prefer Arrow (even though FLash just keeps improving in quality). My favourites in Arrow are Oliver and Laurel, while in Flash I just love Joe and Harrison Wells.
The last crossover was just AMAZING.

Stephen Amell is worth watching on Arrow, and so was his brother Robbie on The Flash (not there nearly long enough, and without skin shots). But Arrow has several other hunky dudes. Some people may like openly gay actor John Barrowman, somewhat of a villainous presence in Oliver's life, but I preferred him in Dr. Who and the amazingly pro-gay Torchwood. Amell has been in other shows that make more of him as a physical vision– Hung, for instance.
I don't actually think they had a casting couch for Hung or auditioned the actors to ensure they had the attributes suggested by the show's title and theme, but wouldn't those have been fun tapes if someone had leaked them?
Not to mention team member John Diggle, played by David Ramsey, and Colton Haynes as Roy Harper, who has been written out for a while but apparently will return some time next year.
Manu Bennett, Crixus from Spartacus, played Slade Wilson for a while. And Ben Browder of Farscape and Stargate also popped up for two seasons as a bad guy.
The show is rather hunk-heavy, with a number of attractive, strong female characters as well. Fun for the whole family! Flash, on the other hand, seems to have ignored the hunk factor pretty much entirely. Barry and the others wisely keep themselves covered and don't even pretend to have any physical appeal. Or, of course, maybe I'm just completely immune to whatever charms they supposedly possess.

Have you guys seen the new "Legends of Tomorrow" I'm just excited to see more White Canary. Plus Brandon Routh who plays the ATOM is easy on the eyes haha
-
I love the Flash, it's a great show. The first season was just great.
Then comes Arrow. Stephen Armell(?) has a great bod but can't act very well and only has one expression on his face.
As for Legends, I think they should have skipped this one. I loved many characters when they were with the original shows but this doesn't work. Too many logical errors, sloppy scripts and a boring plot.
Supergirl is nice too. The crossover was real fun.
-
I like it much more the flash … Arrow was good in the first few seasons but then I got bored ...
-
I've been watching Arrow, The Flash & recently DC's Legends of Tomorrow. So far The Flash has been the most consistly fun to watch. I agree that Arrow was at it's best the first 2 seasons. DC's Legends of Tomorrow seemed like it was going to be great, but most of episodes aren't well written or acted.
-
Yeah, it's an old topic but the new seasons are coming.
I like The Flash quite much. As for the Arrow, well, that's sometimes a bit hard to stand.
But the Flash has Grant Gustin, who has a nice positive vibe and this Dr. Wells - nice actor. They have changed the timeline, I'm curious how this will turn out. Unfortuanelty it doesn't have an effect on Arrow.

I dunno. I didn't think he was very positive at all during the last season. Lisa Snart was a total cock-tease, and Kendra dumped him. Of course, I'd dump Cisco for Carter Hall, too. ;D
I can't wait for all the CW superhero shows to start up again. The 2016 superhero movies were mostly shit, and they've left me with a nasty case of depression that only a weekly dose of Monday thru Thursday CW superhero shows can cure.
(Deadpool was spectacular, Superman v Batman was UNFORGIVABLY AWFUL, X-Men Apocalypse was boring (Evan Peters was the high point of the movie….AGAIN!), Captain America: Civil War was relentlessly depressing (except for the awesome airport scene), and Suicide Squad was an utter fucking MESS!)

I sooo agree. Superman/Batman was nothing I could enjoy in the end.
I don't know, I want something positive to watch and not that "bad mood" stuff they cater. Dark, gritty and with lots of bad lightning and green or blue filters. Uh oh…I skipped "Suicide Squad" and wait till it comes out for home media.
Marvell is much better with their products, which pains me to say since I'm originally a DC-lover, I never cared for Marvell.

I've seen the first two seasons of Arrow I kinda really enjoy it.
-
Watch some Flash, that's much more fun I think.
Arrow lost its track a bit in the later seasons.
-
I watch Arrow… but it's getting boring... unfortunately i like to watch series until the end...
-
I love all those, Arrow, Flash, Legends and Supergirl. They have, to me, great plots, even if Legends is a bit on the weak side. Shame, cause White Canary is amazing!
That said, I think all shows are filled with so much eye candy I'm always pining for the guys in the shows
-
Love these shows - am planning on binge watching A LOT of it shortly as not caught up.. can I ask one thing though, on US TV is the order they are shown, during your week
Arrow > Flash > Supergirl > Legends ?
Hawkman was/is a hottie - he was my fav in that dept - as was Brandon Routh. Character wise, I love a lot of them
-
As much fun as the Amell brothers are to look at in those two shows, I just binged on most of the current (first of many, I hope) season of Riverdale, based on the Archie comics, but with revved up hunk factor, lots of parental involvement and intrigue for some reason, and the innocent comic book revised with dark undertones, plots, secrets, and murder.
Even more hunks in Teen Wolf, which apparently everyone has drooled over already but which I've just started to binge on after seeing several of its stars jacking off on cam. Yay! Now, why can't Stephen and Robbie do that? (Together!)

I like Flash more than Arrow. Arrow is a little too dark and brooding- those people will never find happiness. The Flash people still have the ability to have light, happy days- like the musical crossover with Supergirl, which is another light show.
Normally I like dark- I like Grimm, Sleepy Hollow, Supernatural, etc. but at least all of them can crack a smile every once and a while.
